What to pay attention to when measuring blood pressure
Many people have high blood pressure in a hurry and tension, but not necessarily high blood pressure. According to the recommendations and regulations of the World Health Organization, subjects should not have moderate or more exertion or smoke or drink irritating beverages 30 minutes before blood pressure measurement. 5 minutes before the measurement, sit and rest in a comfortable, stable and pleasant atmosphere. Can be measured directly with normal thin clothes, no need to roll up sleeves, too thick coat or sweater should be removed
The measurement time is best to just get up in the morning or before going to bed at night. The blood pressure usually starts to fall 2 hours before going to bed and rises 2 hours after getting up. Therefore, the values measured early and late are the most reference value. In addition, if you have medications for lowering blood pressure, you should measure them before taking them.
